Employees are the backbone of any country economy,but in present scenario the way the employer and the administration dealt with the worker might be bring ditch in faith.  We should have to understand both are directly proportional to each other any rift between them might not be the good for economy.  The economy of any country depends upon the purchasing capacity of their citizen and without any earning purchasing capacity could not be  achieved.  In such a horrible scenario government should help directly to their unemployed citizen as a bell out.
